        Cyclone dust collector is a type of dust removal device. The mechanism of de-settling is to make the dust-laden air flow rotate, and the dust particles are separated from the air flow by centrifugal force and trapped on the wall of the device, and then the dust particles fall into the ash hopper by the action of gravity. Cyclone dust collectors began to be used in 1885 and have developed into various types. According to the airflow entry method, it can be divided into two types: tangential entry type and axial entry type. Under the same pressure loss, the gas that the latter can handle is about 3 times that of the former, and the gas distribution is uniform. Ordinary cyclone dust collector is composed of cylinder, cone, intake and exhaust pipes, etc. The cyclone dust collector has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, install and maintain, and has low equipment investment and operating costs.
