The composition of the ball mill
cylinder
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which is mainly composed of a cylinder body, a grinding door, and a lining plate bolt. The most important faults are the leakage of dust from the cylinder bolt, the leakage of dust from the grinding door, and the bending of the cylinder body. High, the cylinder bending phenomenon rarely occurs, but because the cement grinding is relatively fine, the cylinder bolts and the grinding door ash leakage phenomenon often occurs. For this reason, we are required to arrange personnel to fasten the cylinder and the mill door at any time when the mill is shut down.
cylinder liner
The cylinder liner is used to protect the cylinder, avoid long-term impact and friction damage to the cylinder, and can also adjust the movement state of the material in the mill. During the inspection, mainly check the wear condition of the lining plate and whether the bolts of the lining plate are loose and dropped, so as to avoid excessive wear of the lining plate, resulting in changes in the movement state of the material, reducing the output of the table and reducing the life of the cylinder.
partition plate
The partition plate is mainly to divide the grinding medium, prevent the axial movement of the medium, prevent the oversized particles from entering the next bin, so that the material can be reasonably ground, and can also control the filling degree of the material, the flow rate of the material, and the flow rate of the material in the mill. Grinding speed.
The bulkhead is mainly composed of a center circle, a material guide cone, a grate plate, a lifting plate, a liner, a bulkhead support, and a blind plate. During the inspection, the main inspection is to check whether the bolts of the partition board are loose or dropped, whether the grate plates are in good condition, whether the grate joints are blocked, whether the grate plates and blind plates are too worn, whether there are cracks in the partition plate bracket, and whether it affects the grate plate. , whether there is a string of balls.
main bearing
Bearing the impact of the quality of the rotating part of the mill and the grinding medium, the mill is supported on the main bearing through the hollow shaft. Thermometer to measure temperature. Bearing lubrication adopts dynamic pressure lubrication and static pressure lubrication. The dynamic pressure is supplied by a low oil pump. Due to the low speed of the mill and the thin oil film formed by the dynamic pressure, it cannot achieve liquid friction lubrication. The set high-pressure oil pump supplies high-pressure oil to the oil bag, and a thick oil film is formed by the pressure of the oil. During normal operation, the static pressure lubrication works, and the dynamic pressure lubrication is static. When there is a problem with the static pressure, the dynamic pressure automatically works. Generally, the allowable temperature of the bearing lining does not exceed 70 °C, otherwise the phenomenon of tile burning will occur, so a cooling method must be adopted. Mainly check whether there is vibration and abnormal noise in the major tile oil pumps, whether the oil level and oil quality of the oil tank are normal, and whether there is oil leakage. Observe whether the large tile oil film is in good condition
Infeed and discharge device
The feeding device is to smoothly feed the material into the mill. Generally, there are chute feeding device, screw feeding device and spoon wheel feeding device. The chute feeding device requires that the inclination angle of the chute must be greater than the repose angle of the material to ensure the smooth flow of the material and to ensure that the hollow shaft is not washed by the material. Fill concrete between the conical sleeve and the hollow shaft. The screw feeding device is forced to feed, and the feeding amount is large, but it is easy to wear and is suitable for long mills. The scoop wheel feeds a large amount of feed. The discharge device is composed of discharge grate plate, material guide cone, lifting plate, discharge sleeve, transmission connection, cylindrical screen, discharge cover, coarse slag pipe, etc.

It consists of a fast-turn motor, a slow-turn motor, a slow-turn reducer, and a fast-turn reducer. Main inspection contents: Check whether the oil pump of the main reducer is overheated, abnormal noise, whether the pressure gauges and temperature indicators are normal, whether there is oil leakage in the pipeline; the oil level and color of the oil tank, and adjust the flow rate of the oil cooler according to the season; check Whether the main motor oil pump has abnormal noise, overheating and vibration, whether the pressure indication is normal, whether the oil level and color of the fuel tank are normal, whether the main motor cooling fan is overheating, vibration, abnormal noise, whether the air suction filter is well ventilated; the main reducer Whether the tile temperature is normal, whether there is abnormal noise in each coupling, and whether the bolts are loose.
The working principle of ball mill
This machine is a cylindrical rotating device, driven by an outer gear, two warehouses, and a lattice type ball mill. The material enters the first chamber of the mill spirally and evenly from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped lining plates or corrugated lining plates in the chamber, and steel balls of different specifications are installed inside. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height. After falling down, it has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer partition board. The warehouse is inlaid with a flat lining plate and has steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
